Every member receives a link and a unique Help Code when they join Advica Travel Club. Use the link from your welcome email OR click the Member Care button on the Advica Travel Club homepage any time you need medical assistance. Enter your Help Code answer a few questions and a Redirect Health representative will contact you at a time that is convenient for you.

Redirect Health was created in 2013 by two Canadian doctors with a mission to make healthcare easy and truly affordable for everyone. The monthly membership fee provides you with Medical Concierge Support including organizing COVID-19 testing and results within 72 hours prior to travel, virtual 24/7 access to doctors and nurses for prescription refills, diagnosis, basic treatment information and more. Healthcare practitioner support for complex case needs including gathering of relevant medical records, guiding course of treatment and specialist referrals and pre-service price determination so you don’t get a surprise medical bill and you don’t pay more than you should.

Membership fees are based on 30 days of access. You can choose to begin your membership on any day of the month and select the number of months you need.

Absolutely. Advica Travel Club is the reassurance you need that will get you access to the healthcare you need while you’re in the U.S. Most insurance providers simply help to cover the cost of medical treatments – check with your insurance provider to find out which services they cover. Advica Travel personally guides you through all the medical services you need – from prescription refills, to speaking with a Redirect Health Clinician, even through the emergency room experience. And you won’t pay more than you should.

We routinely help with documentation and forms for provincial health coverage and can help with supporting documentation for your insurance provider.

A family membership may include 2 adults and up to 4 dependent children living at the same address.
